RCx Technical Implementation Specialist

RCx Rules is a healthcare IT company focused on delivering Business Process Management software to the revenue cycle management operations of large physician groups.  RCx rules is new, fast growing company founded by experienced healthcare and IT professionals.  The RCx Rules solution is targeted at the US Revenue Cycle Management market which is a $2.9 Billion market growing at 2% per year.   The RCx software solution is a modern, internet-native solution, leveraging a robust platform infrastructure to deliver sophisticated Business Process Management rules to a customer’s desktop. 

Job Description

Based out of our Burlington, Vermont office the Technical Implementation Specialist’s primary function of the Implementation Specialist is to manage projects from scoping through go-live. Duties include:

  • Working with customers and vendors to map data into and out of the RCx application

  • Replicating the necessary data elements from the PM system

  • Creating workflows to address customer & payer specific requirements for correct billing

  • Assisting customer with automating identified business processes

  • Training customer on the use of the RCx software

  • The position will require significant interaction with customers and prospective customers, so strong customer service skills and the ability to travel extensively is required.

    Desired Skills & Experience

    Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree (or High School diploma/GED and 2 years designing and implementing interfaces and/or data conversions)

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience developing or managing healthcare interfaces using HL7 and with TCP/IP

  • Proficient in writing and troubleshooting SQL statements and able to demonstrate a strong understanding of SQL Server database structure/relationships

  • Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, Visio, and PowerPoint

  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time throughout the United States

  • Position is based in Burlington, Vermont

  • Strong customer service skills

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Must have experience working effectively both in a team environment as well as independently

  • Experience with practice management and/or EHR systems.

  • Knowledge of the claims billing process

Job Description

Based out of our Burlington, Vermont office the Technical Support will be responsible for ensuring end users can accomplish organizational tasks. Responsibilities include receiving, prioritizing, documenting and actively resolving end user help requests.

  • Bachelor Degree (or High School diploma/GED and 2 years IT support experience)

  • Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, Visio, and PowerPoint
