Working remotely or based in our Burlington, Vermont office, the Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for frontline interaction with our customers and will troubleshoot and resolve incoming support issues.
The desired candidate must possess a high level of initiative, aptitude, and energy to succeed in a fast-paced environment. The desired candidate is not afraid to dig deep into a problem and use his or her analytical skills to come up with a solution that meets or exceeds the customer’s expectations.
