For decades, meaningful improvements in revenue cycle management technology were few and far between and RCM teams had to make do with the legacy tools available to them. We knew there had to be a better way, so in 2010 we set out with one simple goal: build technology to make revenue cycle management easier, simpler, and more efficient.
Today we partner with leading medical groups and RCM companies across the country, raising the bar on automation, speed, and cost savings. Whether it’s value-based care or fee-for-service, we help our clients boost efficiency and drive revenue by empowering them to take control of their revenue cycle and risk adjustment workflows.
Unlike most other billing and coding software, our technology was purpose-built by a proven and seasoned team of revenue cycle management experts. Our inside experience with large, complex medical groups gives us a unique advantage as we continually improve our automation capabilities. Our integration capabilities are unmatched—our solutions work seamlessly with the most trusted EMR and revenue cycle systems.
From day one, we focus on truly understanding the unique needs and opportunities of our clients. We make it our mission to identify their challenges and to solve them. We actively seek out ways to make a difference in the day-to-day lives of revenue cycle and population health teams. If we can help our customers be more successful, we have succeeded as a company.
We take hiring and training more seriously than most. That’s because we understand that our people are the reason clients continue to put their trust in us. True collaboration is our multiplier–and our clients reap the benefits. How we work together is how we work with our clients: collaboratively, honestly, and with a deep commitment to client success.
