Implementation Project Manager

Job Description:

At RCxRules, we develop and deliver solutions which leverage rule-writing and automation capabilities to improve healthcare information quality and reduce costs. We are looking for an Implementation Project Manager to join our growing team.

Working remotely or based in our Burlington, Vermont office, the Implementation Project Manager is responsible for the overall success of new customer software implementations from start to finish. This will include working with the customer on the initial scoping of the project all the way through post-live support.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing and managing the project plan to ensure timely completion of the implementation
  • Holding team and customer status meetings to provide visibility into the project’s progress and deadlines
  • Completing all implementation tasks
  • Helping make complex implementation concepts simple for customers to understand and act upon
  • Assisting customers with understanding their revenue cycle challenges and working on ways to leverage our software to address these challenges
  • Training customers on the use of the RCxRules software and assisting with customized rule development

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5 years of experience in managing IT implementation projects, preferably in healthcare
  • Ability to juggle multiple competing priorities
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio, and PowerPoint
  • The position will require significant interaction with customers, so strong customer service skills and the ability to travel up to 40% of the time throughout the United States is required
  • Must be able to pass a post-offer company drug screen and background investigation
  • Must currently be legally authorized to work in the United States

  • Experience working effectively both in a team environment and independently
  • Experience with practice management and/or EHR systems
  • Knowledge of the claims billing process
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities/projects
